Truly the toughest stay I've had this week of traveling. The rooms were clean but you can tell they don't deep clean. The beds were horrible could not sleep they were so uncomfortable. The mini fridge was great but super loud all night when it would kick on. We tried to make coffee and the coffee pot didn't work and leaked thankfully there was a tray to catch the water. I did let the front desk know and they did bring up a new coffee pot. I wouldn't say the staff was super friendly but quick check in and out. I would probably not stay here again..

Everything was great except for when we came downstairs for a late breakfast. The cook was sitting in a chair talking on his phone and completely ignored us, so we simply checked out and ate somewhere else.

There was no one at the desk the morning we checked out which was at 3:30 am. There were multiple other guests waiting for the shuttle that had the same concerns as us. The lobby at the hotel is beautiful but the rooms have not been updated. The bathroom was not clean and there was no toilet paper upon arrival. We had other family members there so we grabbed an extra roll from them. To top it all off , our room was supposed to be $111 with all included taxes and the charge on our card was $171.00. The other family members charges were correct. It's been complicated to fight so far. Wouldn't stay here again.
