I got a free upgrade to a suite on my return trip. The airport shuttle happened to be right there at the the airport when I needed it so that was a nice surprise as well.

Everything was fine except for the Airport Shuttle service. It is difficult to catch from Dulles. They need to give everyone the number to call and where to meet. Someone from another country will not be able to negotiate it. Then the 6:00 am shuttle left before 6:00 this morning and wouldn’t return for me. They said someone should have told me to get there 10 minutes early???? I had to pay $30 for a cab

This was our second time staying at this Hampton Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were many people staying there for the weekend, and all seemed very pleased with the service they received.

Our flight was delayed but the courtesy van picked us up within a few minutes. It was a short trip to the hotel. We checked in at 1:00 am and the desk clerk was quick and courteous. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had many choices and was delicious.
