The first room had a strange odor. Our door key card wouldn’t work the second night, had to get new key cards. No one was at the front desk when we wanted to checkout. It took 15 minutes to find the person. No explanation or apology was provided.

Stopped here overnight while driving through Virginia. Room was very clean, staff was friendly and loved the location. Lots of restaurants, shops and everything was in walking distance. I would definitely stay there again!

TV did not work at all. Stayed 2 night. Front desk offered another room in the afternoon when we are not there. 1st night and secod day until 2 pm they could not give a room. Cafeteria area, front desk and hall smell bad in addition some one vomited in the cafeteria area and smelled so bad.
