There is a fireplace on the first floor and two decks. It is conveniently located between the Big Bear Mountain ski area and the lake, both 5 minute drive from the house. The community also has two large pools with slides and a tiki bar, a gym, an arcade area, and a lodge with a restaurant and a bar.
