We reserved a double standard room and they gave us a handicap room which is not appropriate for non-handicap guests. The sinks were low and the shower was designed for a wheelchair with no curtain, so water was everywhere on the tile floor. Our glasses were dirty and then 2 ironing boards in our closet?? We’re not that fussy but the room was really uncomfortable. We did talk to front desk but they told us that’s what you get when you book thru a 3rd party.

Nice helpful staff. . The breakfast was excellent....great awareness of allergy issues T.However a walk in shower would have been good...the bath is quite high to get into. And a comb in the vanity box would have been appreciated...as I'd left mine in the previous hotel! And arrived in the middle of the night.

We were dropped off from the long stay car park and couldn't find away to get to the hotel even though we could see it. We didn't know you had to go inside the terminal then down a tunnel to access the hotel. Other people were having the same problem. Hotel room was ok, would have prefered a walk in shower to having to climb into a bath to shower, but water pressure was good and non slip mat provided. Didn't have breakfast due to early flight.

I would definitely come back to this hotel It’s very convenient if you are traveling in/out of Stanstead Aiport . They can improve on dinner menu which is very limited.
