Room was dirty and smelt musty/unclean. Shower head was so incredibly filthy that the water would not come out in a steady stream. Shower curtain also filthy.

Breakfast service indifferent and toasted bloomer that was part of English breakfast description didn’t arrive. On asking was told that I needed to go and toast my own bread! A bit late by then. It shouldn’t be in the description if it’s not served with it.
