I didn’t enjoy my stay Partly through Expedia , partly through Ramada and partly through other guests Expedia . You pay for a room on a motorway services , when you get there Ramada charge extra for parking , but how else can you get there ? No where in Expedia does it say it’s extra ( and if I’d paid Ramada direct it is included) This is very poor almost scheming and completely misleading , I had to pay but the receptionist wouldn’t give me a receipt The room The television keeps pixelating , the bathroom outer handle broken The bathroom inner handle broken Left hand windows handle broken Open the right hand window there’s rubbish on the grass including empty viagra tablets The hotel has no control of the guests , people were running around in the hotel and the lift was going all night This is a Ramada hotel , a chain that should have strong corporate values unfortunately it was more like a Brittania hotel I Didn’t stay any longer than I had and I left early Wouldn’t return Will try and get a refund

The room was in good condition, the staff were friendly, however the window was extremely bad at letting noise in. Room 24, overlooking the reception door wasn't great, but the 5.15am wake up call with the hoover at reception dropped the overall score, and guest experience, to 3/5. Shower was great, overall experience was tainted due to the unexpected wake up call. Couldn't get back to sleep.

No one at reception, no idea how long they would take to come out, no one was around, I only checked in for few hours to relax, didn’t want to be standing at reception. Last time I stayed there parking was free, no where It mention parking fee. And the staff member said cash only and charged £5 cash. Booked a room for 2 adults, only 1 set of towels Tv not working Both above I could get a receptionist to address the issue as no one was there. Few hours later, whilst checking out, no one there again, just left my hotel card at the desk. Should attest have a bell for customers to notify the staff someone is there waiting.
