Great visit

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful they couldnt do enough for you. Good size room although bedding was all ripped and i found the room very dark. Had to ask for towels which were missed but they were brought to me. Great stay for central london it wasnt too much of a hassle to get in and only 15 mins from harry potter studio tour.
