Overall a nice hotel for the price. Staff very friendly, very conviennent for flying out if Stansted in the morning too. 2 criticisms: 1) some areas are starting to show their age, could do with replacement of the odd item. Totally working and functional though. 2) had to pay £4pp for the bus, as most will be going to the airport from there, just include the cost on the room charge.

I was only checked in for a few hours to make an early morning flight. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The regular shuttle bus was perfect for my needs and made it easy to make it to my early morning flight

For 1 or 2 nights yes, not bad

It was okay. Not a bad stay . Food was good. Only complaint is that the shuttle to the airport left a couple of minutes early, so I almost missed my plane and the heavier set Caucasian guy with the glasses at the reception had a slight attitude. Also the hotel was pretty clean, except the bathroom the filthy bathroom pic. And there is very low water pressure in case you have to wash your hair.

The hotel was convenient for our meeds. It is clean and attractive, the room had everything you could need. The staff were friendly and efficent. The breakfast was the only let down very poor for the price, the hot food was cold and english breakfast tea is terrible.
