Hotel was dated. Room could have been cleaner. Sticky stuff on floor, stains on some walls, curtain stitches out so hanging and a random coat hanger hanging from them. Elevator floor dirty, eggs at breakfast not the omelets pictured. Pool cold. Positives friendly staff soft clean bed and no bugs.

It was loud where construction was going at first but then settled down and got quiet. Clean bed, room, and bath. Greatly appreciated allowing us to pay for parking. We hope our car i till there when we get back. Haha! Great place and friendly taff.

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel, the night shift front desk agent refused to check me in even though I have a fully paid reservation for a whole week. She said she didn’t have authorization to check me in and management wasn’t available so I have to wait until the next morning to get checked in even though I paid for that night… I honestly couldn’t believe she was serious, it was a nightmare for me because I just arrived from a long trip and it was freezing outside and the area wasn’t safe but she didn’t care I was told to leave with no refund. Either she was having a horrible day and decided to dump it on the guest or it was just flat out discrimination. I will never forget that night.
