Our two-story home on a quiet tree-lined street will be a welcome retreat for your family or friends getaway! Quilters will love the shops downtown - one guest described Hamilton as a "Quilters' Disneyland"! In the fall, hunters will love the local conservation areas. Hardwood floors, a jack-and-jill bedroom closet, and the cutest under-the-stairs bathroom you've ever seen, make this house a charmer. With large rooms, comfy furniture, a dining room big enough for a crowd, and king, queen, full and twin size beds to sleep 10, our guests can enjoy time together and have room to spread apart. Spend quiet mornings relaxing on the front porch swing, evenings in the fenced back yard toasting marshmallows over the fire pit, and days playing games, crafting, quilting, and just renewing yourself in our comfortable space. Take a day trip to St Joseph for some history, Kansas City for BBQ, or Jamesport Amish country for some great shopping! There are pumpkin patches and apple orchards in the fall; water parks and lakes in the summer; and great restaurants and wineries year-round - all less than 45 minutes away.
