Always a great stay here. Rooms are a little dated, however the pool and hot tub are the reasons we continue to come back! Staff are friendly and everything is really clean! We enjoy the complimentary breakfast too!

Room was spacious and clean. Found room to be a little tired, out dated.Did not use free breakfast but it was included. Room was very reasonably priced. Staff at front desk was friendly. Bed was pretty comfortable.

Small problem at checking when I got charged by Paypal/Expedia and the hotel charged me also but the lady at the front desk fixed it and was very helpful

The pool was not warm. Some areas under construction. Loved the room. The breakfast was understaffed and the food was substandard. The dinner was very good.

The room that I was in was for people with pets the bare rug on the floor was filthy I like to walk bare footed and by the end of my first day my feet were black the outlets on both lamps did not work so had trouble plugging in my phone and computer so i had to unplug the microwave there was a pullout couch in the room that was dirty and was told it was a pull out couch but no bedding to put on it if i had someone stay with me the hotel says it is renovating but a previous message from another guest said it was under renovation in May/2025 The whole time I was there I did not see any renovation people doing any work and I was there for 13 days sliding glass door on the room but if you wanted to open the door there was no screen on it very disappointed with the overall stay and will not book here again

Was pretty clean the bathtub wall was a bit gross there was a bug on the bed but not a bed bug problay just a random bug and one in the bathroom too that turned us off the hotel a little. The hot tub didn’t work which was a bit upsettting since we picked the hotel for that purpose . But other wise it was ok. It was loud at night someone was banging on a door yelling let me in the room and that was not pleasant .

Guests were smoking on patios making the area in front of the hotel, the courtyard, and main floor hallway smell of smoke. We requested to be moved away from first floor area due to the strong hallway smell. There was no on site security overnight like most locations we stay at. The neighbours were very loud and we had to call police after hours of disturbances.

Misrepresentation

We were not told the hot tub was out of order. My husband is disabled and because our room was so far from the elevator, we used the stairs. We found out after changing and getting down there, it was not working!!! The pool was like ice, so after driving all day, we were “sorely” disappointed. It was not mentioned on their site or I would not have booked it. We were told it had been out over a week. We were looking forward to eating in the restaurant on site, another reason we picked this hotel, only to find out it was closed. Breakfast was ok, our other request in a hotel.
