Short vacation in Brantford

Hotel was good. The room was close to the highway so the sound of the vehicle was loud inside the room. The hallway carpets had too much dog hair. Overall it’s a good place to stay. The staffs were nice and housekeeping was excellent.

Information online isn’t accurate. Gym opens at 8am per employee at front desk. Rooms could use some updating and common areas had strange odors. Breakfast was cold but appreciated.

The mattress was very uncomfortable and obviously wore out,full of lumps and bumps and very uncomfortable to sleep on.Also the air conditioner smelled like dirty wet dog when running,had to turn it off.Think next time I’m in Brantford will book at a different hotel this one seems to have gone down hill

Check in was an awful experience with a gas lighting staff member. If there were other vacancies in the area I would have walked out.
