We didnt stay very substandard...no offensive to anyone but should be aware of emergency housing there and travellors should be made aware when booking.. i think we should have been given a refund
Friendly staff. Comfortable bed but the room was sparsely furnished - only one comfortable chair to sit in, no couch, a very small desk and 1 chair - nowhere for friends or visitors to sit. Bathroom was very worn and showing its age.
Suitable for my needs but overpriced considering the age and condition.
Was surprised to see a hot tub, didn't notice it in the booking. It was very spacious. There was a trail of ants on the nightstand, si.ple pest control would resolve. It was simple to check in, staff were friendly, felt bery comfortable

No restaurant and very shabby
It was a bit shabby from arrival and it not the room. All a bit tired. The young lady at check in was pleasant and helpful but there is no restaurant or bistro, one of the main reasons we chose this motel at last minute.
I could not ask for more, everything are provided & convenient.... definitely well be back for our 3rd times.
