Better than expected :)

The bed and pillows were a little odd… and somehow could not be fluffed so it was difficult to sleep. But other than that, all other things were good :) there was a humidifier to help ease the breathing, washing machine and dryer were not expensive. Hotel wasn’t too far from the station and surrounding was quiet yet not alienated.

チェックインはフロントの方が教えてくださったのでキオスクで初めてできました。とはいっても、やってもらっていた時間が多かったですが。恐縮でした。 エレベーターも３台あるので待たなければいけないことありません。 ただベッドは固めでした。それ以外はとても快適でまた利用すると思います。 場所は小田原駅から歩いて３分以内で便利。８階でしたが、エレベーターの騒音、おとなり、上の方の騒音等全くありませんでした。 お世話になりました。ありがとうございます。

The hotel is within walking distance to Odawara train station. Rooms and towels are clean. Self check-in and check-out. The only issue is the toilet is really small.

Great location for Odawara Station and rental car centres - just a few hundred metres walk. Very clean rooms with great amenities and helpful staff. Nice and quiet - overall a great option for a very modest price.
