Kaiseiki dinner and breakfast are excellent. I probably booked the room without bathroom so we gotta use the public bath. Close to the train station. Take the shuttle bus, free with Hakone pass, definitely not walking distance. Bus stops right in front of the hotel. No restaurant nearby but walking distance to some convenient shops.

スタッフの方々はどなたもとても親切でアットホームであり実家に帰ったようなほっとする空間でした。お食事もとても美味しく本当に心安らぐひとときを過ごさせて頂きました。また、部屋にジャケットを忘れてしまいましたがすぐに電話して下さり発送して頂きました。お忙しい中にも関わらず早急な対応とても感謝しております。 次回は露天風呂付き客室にも滞在してみたいと思います。 本当にありがとうございました。

超赞的温泉旅馆

非常棒的旅馆，早餐和晚餐准备用心，道道珍馐，实在是一种享受，就是量大了一点，每次吃的好饱好饱！工作人员都超nice。室内室外的温泉也很赞！
