The room was clean and spacious. Although the hotel is a bit older, everything is well maintained. The staff is very helpful and give support very quickly. The buffet restaurant is excellent with a very large selection of food and desserts. The staff also take care of used plates vert quickly. There also is a a very nice view of Mt Fuji from their garden.

We really enjoyed our stay! The onsen was amazing, and we enjoyed the Japanese style room. The food was very good both for dinner and breakfast, and had allergens clearly labeled, which was very helpful.
