I bought Saturday to Sunday due to the reviews and the information provided at Hotels.com. We chose a location because it stated there was a spa and a buffet breakfast offered for an extra cost. We usually stay where we have access to a Jacuzzi or hot tub for a personal preference and upon arrival the most disappointing thing was it was covered up. It wasn’t in service. I asked to upgrade to a suite she said there was nothing available. The parking lot was pretty empty so I cannot believe there is no way to upgrade. The best were double beds not the queen beds were used to. Breakfast was a joke. There was very few yogurt out two boxes of cereal, coffee, and lukewarm coffee. Our stay was honestly not the best. I would recommend the that Hotels.com takes the time to update as a promoting this hotel and change everything that no longer is. On top of everything this girl when we checked in and when we checked out was completely rude not at all interested of the issues I was addressing, like falsely advertising breakfast spa!

Arrives and they said I didn't have a reservation. Showed them everything, it took them 20 minutes to find my info. The bed and the sofa bed were hard. The furniture is beat up. The toilets didn't work right. The tub drains slowly. The thermostats didn't work. The best thing about the place was the free WiFi. I'd recommend staying elsewhere
