Pros: Having good space in the room
Cons: They did not receive the booking from wotif which was very stressful when they do not speak much English

Pros: Everything is supplied in the room
Cons: Check out was very bad. Had trouble getting my 2000 RMB deposit back. then tried to overcharge by 2000 RMB
