The first room was dirty and needed to request a new one and we stayed for two nights and we were to get our room refreshed it didn’t happen until I called and still had to wait until 8:30pm for the service to be done. The front desk person was nice!

We visited Stevenson High School so this hotel was convenient. The room was clean and offered everything needed for a successful stay. The continental breakfast was good and front desk staff friendly. I would stay again if in the area. ***The hotel is under construction at the time of this review.

We were in Chicago for a Graduation, and choose to stay at the Springhill Suite Lincolnshire. The sataff was exceptional, they goes above and beyond to maks sure my family and I had a great time.
