Nice room with a comfortable bed, but quite noisy. It sounded like the upstairs neighbours were going to fall through the roof, not particularly conducive to sleep. The cold tap was hot and the hot tap was cold in the shower as well, and the coffee maker didn’t work.

The room was clean but bed was uncomfortable, water for shower never got warm and I wanted to take a bath but the tub had no stopper. Also, the heating unit was right next to the window, and when it ran, the curtain would blow open and people could see inside the room.

They checked me into the motel down the road, no running water, garbage everywhere outside, felt unsafe. No action, finally got them to move me to a hotel room. Staff was rude, no accountability, some bot talking to me that wasn't even on staff. They blamed the bot. Don't stay here, this place needs to be bulldozed

The front desk and restraunt staff were very friendly. We only stayed the night because we were only stopping to sleep, but I wish we had stayed here longer! Beds are very comfortable, room is very spacious and clean.

Decent room but horrible customer service

Many things in the room do not work including the following: 1) coffee maker 2) heating lamp and vent in bathroom 3) tv 4) restaurant is dinner only First time in my life the lobby receptionist is at a CALL CENTER IN India who cannot understand English. They make you talk to an Indian on a kiosk on a video call w broken audio.

Great spot especially off season

Off season, price was very reasonable, room was very large, and the heater had no problems keeping up with the temperature outside. The staff is "Arizona friendly" which means none of that fake customer service yes sir noise, but genuine people who want to do their job efficiently.
