I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel during my trip to the Grand Canyon. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the location. It was just a short drive from the park, making it super convenient for early starts and sunset views. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming—they really made the stay feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. My room was spotless, cozy, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay after a long day of hiking. I also appreciated how safe and quiet the property felt, which helped me sleep soundly each night. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay near the Grand Canyon, I highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely book again!

Pool was closed for renovation and i wish i received an email stating that. I did pay for that service. The TV in the room was broken. Wifi service was very weak. Tried to plug in a phone charger andbit was turning on and off a wall lamp (questionable electrical wiring).

Location and proximity to the Grand Canyon was food. The hotel restaurant and lounge were good, homely, and rustic. Fairly priced and food was very good. I did not like that there is virtually nothing open after 9 or 10PM unless you travel 30 miles south to Williams.

Definitely enjoyed the rustic western theme! Got very lucky finding this affordable gem just south of the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Perfect spot. And cute nostalgic Flintstone Dino park right across the street, too.

Kiosk check in no good.

We checked in a kiosk. Was weird as there was 2 front desks employees doing nothing. Employees very attentive and nice. I went 3 times to the front desk as my key was not working. I called the front desk but they are not the ones answering the calls and that is why I had to go 3 times to the front desks for my key problem. Finally was the door key reader out of batteries. Maintenance employee super nice.
