Outside of the mini homeless encampment at the edge of the property, it’s a wonderful hotel and will only be better when the renovation is complete

After an extended trip where I stayed in two $200 per night hotels in LA then drove to New Mexico through Flagstaff, this was the nicest of the three places I have stayed so far. Very comfortable beds, very well laid out room with plenty of surfaces to put stuff down. Looks like a modern construction with nice clean tiled bathroom and entranceway. The staff was incredibly nice and let me stay past the normal checkout time to take an important video call. The restaurant in front is good with a friendly staff. When I used the restaurant the second day, the waitress said "nice to see you again.". I can't remember the last time this happened to me.

Our room keys didn’t work twice and it’s not easy to get to the lobby. The elevator isn’t clearly marked except on the first floor with a small sign. We understand it’s under renovation. The housekeepers only knocked one time before coming in unannounced the other times. Thought that was rude. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful though.

Property is right off the highway so very convenient. From check in to check out, service was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the ac was good and cold just like I like it. The restaurant was definitely a nice addition. Will definitely stay again

The new lobby looks nice but the room we had was never the back parking lot and needed a refresh. Paint was peeling in the bathroom. The bed had a low spot in the center of the bed as well. Staff was great and the restaurant is fantastic.

This hotel is currently being remodeled. The new rooms and lobby have nicely updated decor. The young man at the front desk was efficient, professional and friendly. He recommended a great Brewery nearby in Historic downtown Flagstaff.
