Room needs new bed pillows, they are terrible. Big hole in couch cushion. Refrigerator tiny. Shower/tub floor needs more non-slip strips, extremely slick and dangerous. There are no towel bars to hang wet towels on, only 1 door hook. Room cleanliness good, staff friendly, lobby and dining area clean. Elevator carpet extremely dirty. Would not stay there again.

This was a perfectly functional, clean chain hotel. Internet was down for the duration of our stay (not ideal for foreign visitors). Biggest complaint was that the hotel claims sustainability credentials but is an absolute disaster of single-use plastics, from individually-wrapped plastic cups in the bedroom to individually-wrapped bagels at breakfast and 'disposable' everything (cutlery, plateware etc). Chains like Radisson can and should be doing better than this - and do so elsewhere in the world where such wastefulness is not normalised.
