The hotel was more than adequate for our needs. Booked it at very short notice and checked in late on a Sunday afternoon. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. The room had a fridge, which I initially thought was a bonus, but it was so noisy that we had to switch it off during the night. The air con was good. There's a communal room with a kettle and microwave. Opposite the hotel, there's a big supermarket and a bus stop. On the seafront, a few metres away, there are plenty of restaurants.

I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic.
