Find peace and relaxation in the holiday home "Casa Uno" with sun terrace, barbecue and large garden. In this comfortable holiday home (complete renovation 2017 / spring 2018, a new kitchen was installed & the living area newly furnished) enjoy a relaxing stay within walking distance to the castle course & the paddock. Not only families with children feel comfortable here, but also golfers who prefer proximity to tee 1 of the Castle Course.

Light-flooded 99 m² of living space spread over 2 floors and offer plenty of space for relaxation and stays together in every season.

The spacious & light-filled living and dining area with open kitchen looks out onto the garden for a relaxing stay. There are 3 feel-good bedrooms, 2 daylight bathrooms, Sky TV in the living area, free DSL WiFi and a washing machine.

Throughout the house radiators (gas central heating) provide pleasant warmth. Windows and terrace doors have insect protection (tenter frame / except Velux). Free high-speed wireless internet access is available.

The light-filled living area with a view of the garden provides a special feel-good atmosphere. Here you can relax on a high quality, very comfortable corner sofa & 1 club chair. The Full HD flat screen + SKY TV (tw. Bundesliga (restricted), golf tournaments, current films in HD quality) ensures relaxed television enjoyment. A DVD player is also available. With the variety of books & DVDs you will surely find the right one.

The harmoniously integrated, fully equipped kitchen in this room not only makes the heart of a hobby chef beat faster. The kitchen facilities with 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and many useful cooking utensils are available for self-catering.

The kitchen and the equipment of the living area incl. Feel-good sofa was introduced in spring 2018 completely new.

A dining table (pull-out) & seating for 6 people invite you to a cozy get-together. From the light-filled living and dining area you enter the large sun terrace with brick barbecue and the adjoining private garden. Garden furniture and parasol invite you to relax.

On the ground floor, 1 of the 2 daylight bathrooms is available. The EC bath has a bath, shower, vanity and toilet. Here you can leave your stressful everyday life and uncomfortable weather in a relaxed bath behind.

Furthermore, 1 of a total of 3 comfortable bedrooms is available on the ground floor. This bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe.

The two bedrooms on the first floor are each equipped with a comfortable double bed (1 x 180 x 200 (new since January 2019) & 1 x 160 x 200 cm) & enough storage space for your holiday wardrobe. One of the two bedrooms upstairs has a small reading area & a desk & is also used as a retreat. Sloping ceilings give both bedrooms a special coziness.

In the separate storage room (annex) of the house is a washing machine (top loader), clothes horse, ironing board and iron for free use available (powder please bring your own).

This non-smoking house is ideal for 1-6 persons. In addition, max. the placement of a baby (7. Person) in a baby travel bed.

The sun terrace has comfortable garden furniture (6 chairs, garden table, umbrella and 2 more garden chairs & small table). Here you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, a sundowner or relaxed barbecues (charcoal grill / charcoal please bring along). The large garden offers plenty of space for romping or relaxing on deckchairs.
