If you’re into the worn-out, dirty ‘60s, this is the place for you! Tiny, rust stained tub/shower with a toilet crammed into a too small space with a 60 year old sink! Saggy mattresses, nasty carpet and beat-up skinny pillows. Breakfast was all carbs and no meat. But hey…. The lady at the front desk was nice!

Way over-priced -- paper thin walls; floor shakes when people in other rooms move; AC/Heater noise intolerable; height of sink is made for kids not adults; pillow covers too small for the pillows and who knows when the pillows were last washed; ceiling fan wobbled so bad it appeared unsafe and made bad noise.

This was an older property that served our purpose of a place to sleep, booked at the last minute, but was kind of dirty with uncleaned toilet, and pizza and food items left in the fridge from previous tenants. Breakfast was really nice, and staff was available for questions. Was nice close proximity to ski areas and excellent location. If was a little cleaner, I would recommend it to others.

The property is older but in pretty good condition for its age. The walls are thin but we had no problem with people staying up late, so getting enough sleep was good. The breakfast provided what we liked, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, juice, waffels, muffins. No fruit. The microwave was out of order. It is located walking distance (400 ft) to a nice restaurant and is next to a convenience mart and gas station, so the location is good. All in all it met our needs.

Overall it got the job done but I probably would not book again. Our bathroom was dirty , shower dirty , towels stained. No hairdryer and when called to ask was told there was no more. Was not offered to clean the shower when told staff the shower still had hair in it from previous guest. Bed were comfy and the location is great if you are resort hopping. Right next to lots of other small gas station , shops, food. The breakfast was nice and staff were super friendly on property.

Stayed at the Georgetown Lodge due to proximity for a series of weekend ski competitions. Check-in was easy with friendly service. The rooms and furniture are dated and the carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. We had a couple of lights that wouldn't turn on - apparently an electrical issue that has been plaguing the property. The breakfast options are pretty simple - waffles, packaged muffins and yogurt and juice and coffee, but it was nice to be able to grab a few items to take to the ski hill early in the morning. On our second day though, the doors were still locked a 6:05 so we left without grabbing anything. Overall, it was about what I expected for the price we paid. The service staff were friendly, but the facilities could use some investment and a deep clean.

Nice stay with family

The stay is what you'd expect for the price near the mountains. The lady working the front counter was very sweet . If you're in the mountains and need a budget friendly place to stay this is.

Ok, but not great

We booked the hotel based on the accommodation of there being hot tubs. While they had two jacuzzis, only one was operational and only for one night. There was no soap in the room bathroom. The dense memory foam mattress was extremely firm(great fit me but my wife, not so much)

It's not fancy, but it is convenient and cheap. It's an older property, but the staff is awesome and it's nice having breakfast and a hot tub. Good enough for an overnight at half the price of Dillon, Silverthorne and beyond.

This place isn't fancy, but it is cheap and convenient. It's an older property, but the staff is awesome, has breakfast and a hot tub. It's just fine for overnight and is half the price than Dillon/ Silverthorne and beyond. We have stayed several times and will return.

It is convenient to Loveland Ski Area. The furnishings are outdated, carpet is frayed, When I checked out it was normal, however I received three calls to confirm that I wasn't in a different room and asked about the personal items that I left in the room. I told them ecah time what my room number was and that I didn't leave anything in the room.
