Great place to stay! The owners are very sweet and accommodating. Our only regret is we didn't know about this place sooner (our daughter is now a senior at SUNY Geneseo). Skip the chain hotels across the street and come here instead.

We had a very nice stay at the Oak Valley Inn & Suites. The staff was super friendly & escorted us to our room. The breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit each day. The only drawback I can think of was having to climb the stairs with my suitcase, but there are rooms on the first floor.

This B&B is amazing definitely a well-earned a 5-star recommendation, proprietors were always available and very hospitable giving suggestions of local area places to visit and experience, place was very clean and homey, decor was Americana and had displays of local artists' works for purchase, served breakfast and included fresh fruits and veggies from onsite garden, again highly recommend for local charm

We stayed in the newly renovated cottage “White House” which is very spacious and clean with fully equipped kitchen. My daughter loves the chicken coop and small vegetable garden behind the cottage. The owner and staff were very friendly and treated us very nicely! The area is a bit remote and away from the town center with limited dinning options. If we come back again we will likely stay in the inn which is the main house with lots of interesting artifacts and also the benefit of homemade breakfast included!

Overall the stay was very comfortable. The hosts were very courtious and accommodating. Our room was large, clean and quite. Breakfast was wonderful. The location was easy to find, but a little odd in the sense that it was on the edge of town behind an industrial building. Not a big deal, just odd from area asthetics point of view. We'd certainly return should our travels bring us this way again.
