I loved pretty much everything but it was quite noisy in the evenings and late at night. The heavy doors to each room slam loudly and practically shook my room. There was thumping music below my room and whoever was staying above me was watching TV loudly all night long and stomping around pretty heavily. I wish the rooms were soundproofed better.

While I had a nice time there, I was stuck in the elevator and had to use the stairs during my entire stay. The slot machines seemed too tight. They just don’t payout. Compared to other casinos.

They refused to give the complimentary casino credits. Despite me never being able to get someone on the telephone to make reservations then their site deflecting me to you, they class that as a 3rd party transaction and would not issue the casino credits.
