"Close to the waterfront, shopping centre, RGYC."
Room was suppose to be NON-SMOKING but our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Not good for Non-Smokers like my husband and I. I asked for a late checkout but was told I can only stay one hour longer or they will charge me extra. Hubby was sailing until late due to Festival of Sails so I asked for a late checkout even if only until 12 noon. I was told I will be charged extra for staying 2 hours longer, they can only give me 1 hour longer. Was NOT happy about that. I was packing and almost ready to leave when I was informed I can stay until 12. I have already made another arrangement with a friend who was staying at another apartment an extra day so she was able to accommodate me for the rest of the time. Bur to advertise available Late Checkout then to be told that you only have ONE extra hour, that is absolutely ridiculous.
