While the location of the building was great, our room shower recess wasn’t sloped enough so when we had showers water ran all over the floor on the bathroom making it very slippery and dangerous. The air con in the living area also made a rattling noise on and off through out the whole night. Room was very clean and great layout but dangerous slippery floor and the rattle did somewhat out a dampener on evening

The room and staff were great. The only improvements I would suggest is to provide a cot matress for infant portable crib. We were provided only the porta cot not the matress. So couldn't use it. Another suggestion would be to have a little more vessels for cookina g and some pantry basics like salt, sugar, oil. But overall we had a great time at quest, the rooms were very spacious and comfy! Will definitely book again.

The staff were extremely friendly, but the room was sterile in atmosphere and so basic it felt like a hospital room. The windows looked out to the nearby freeway and a street with rubbish bins. The bed cover was stained. Paid $160 per night, which is not extravagant but definitely not worth this basic facility

Warm welcome from staff on arrival. Safe, secure parking onsite at an extra cost though of $20 per day. Apartment was well appointed, clean & roomy. Within a short walk to Geelong waterfront & also to lovely restaurants on Pakington St. Very good value overall!

Quite disappointed when we realised that there was no balcony, and was much smaller than what was advertised. For the 80.00 i paid for the additional bed was not worth as it was in bad shape. No blankets were provided.

Property was ok, close to trains 15min walk. Cleaner came while I was out. Put my dressing gown on the floor but didn't make the bed. I'd expect much better than that
