Welcome to your home away from home. Come in, take off your shoes and enjoy the beautiful condo with creek and mountain views just outside your door. You will be close enough to walk downtown (3/4 mile) or ride the trolley which the stop is just down the street in front of Brookside Motel. Walk down the sidewalk and cross at the light. Food City is just down the road. We are located on the quiet side of town away from the traffic. Either way, you are nestled in but right in the thick of things. Creek and mountain views from the large balcony and in the breakfast nook you have beautiful mountain views. The condo is a fully furnished end unit with a large wrap around private balcony. The kitchen if stocked with all you will need to make a wonderful meal for your family. The breakfast nook seats 4 along with a checkerboard and cards for your enjoyment. The dining room has seating for 4 or more and the bar has seating for 4. Gas fireplace (seasonal} a 60” smart television and a wet bar in the living area.
Primary bedroom has a king bed, TV and access to the balcony. The bath has a Jacuzzi tub.
Front bedroom has 2 double beds and TV. The bath is in the hall with a walk-in shower.

The balcony overlooks the Roaring Fork Creek and has amazing soothing sound. There are rocking chairs and a patio table and chairs for your dining pleasure
