My room had not been properly cleaned when I arrived, there leftover clothing in the floor and the staff was not a bit concerned about the situation. I arrived Monday 20th thru 23rd October checking out at 5:45 - 6:00 am. It’s a nice place to say but I’m not really sure I’ll be back. Very disappointed 😢

This is our second stay at Margaritaville and we plan to stay here again on our next visit to Gatlinburg!, although parking was difficult we noticed many cars without permits and a few guests stating they paid for one room but had several family members stay with them because the rooms were a bit pricey and allowed them to park on the property as well..this may have added to why parking was so challenging..overall the property is beautifully maintained!

Disappointed that the spa was not open we specifically booked this hotel to enjoy the spa services. We arrived on a Monday not open, telephone in room not working, safe had to be completely replaced as was not working all in all subpar.
