Great family rooms!

Great big family room with proper decent beds for everyone. So comfy!! Had a fridge and all so we could keep our snacks and extra milk in the fridge, always a great addition when travelling with kids. Breakfast was perfect. Great selection of choice. Something for everyone!

Very dissatisfied

Air conditioning cut off other electrical lights. Toilets do not flush well. The remotes to the TV did not work and had to be synced with TV. Was supposed to have 2 breakfast bags ready for our early departure - only to find out they never had them even though we paid for the breakfast. It was disappointing as this hotel looks very nice but is not up to par for the cost.

Nice hotel, very busy on areival but we didn't realise it was the weekend of the races! Spacious room, with a nice balcony. One negative - some of the staff werent friendly, not even acknowledging us as we passed in doorways and corridors.

The room we had was spacious, clean and well stocked. The space seemed dated but everything worked well. We were not able to turn the temperature down below 19c which was on the warm side for us. Staff were lovely and the in hotel restaurant was decent, some lower priced options would have been nice.

Loved the gym and pool and restaurant. Excellent dining. One small item not so good was the bathroom lights, no light for the mirror so was hard to see when shaving or putting makeup on.
