Great location, helpful staff. WiFi wasn’t available in our room but wasn’t really a problem. Bedroom and bathroom very clean. There was no wardrobe as rooms were fairly small but would still be a great choice for a weekend stay

Great staying and a safe and secure location, easy walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, and transportation. We went to dinner at An Pucan across the street. It was fantastic.

Everything was clean & new but nowhere to even hang or store a towel. Very small. Don’t expect any amenities with this room. Front desk staff & cleaning staff were great but leave the property at 9:00pm. Not a terrible stay but very simple hotel.

Check in was good.The young lady was very helpful with directions around Galway. Didn’t realize it is not a full service hotel. Didn’t appreciate the “flag” hanging in the lobby ( not a republic of Ireland flag) and the fire alarm went off because the store below was lighting incense??? We had to go to the front desk to ask what was happening??

Prompt attention to an electrical problem. Walk all over historic Galway. Quiet. Walking distance from the train and bus stations. Many restaurants within 1-2 blocks. Parking for 12 Euros around the corner.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel with Fantastic Location

Excellent location, service, and quality for a reasonable price. The room was described as “snug” at the time of booking. It was small, as to be expected in a city, but the design made excellent use of cubbies, shelves, and drawers to maximize storage and necessities. Very happy with our stay. Charlie and Oscar (very friendly dogs) made for an extra special welcome.

It was very walkable in Galway. Room was a little dated and dingy. Staff was friendly enough. The plumbing is LOUD and the walls are thin so you hear every noise from the other rooms. Room was very very small, good enough for one POSSIBLY two.

Nice welcome!!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is in a quiet spot, but is also in a walkable distance to the old town and main attractions. Although the room felt cramped, the bed was comfortable but unfortunately, the pillows were thick and hard. We loved the open shower accessible to a wheelchair. The downside is that it left the entire floor wet, which made it slippery and we had nothing to wipe it off other than our only bath towel. The comforter being extremely thick and warm, a second linen sheet would have been nice for a more comfortable sleep.
