We will definitely never stay here again!! Vacations are supposed to be relaxing and stressful. Dive inn rooms nice and the beds were comfortable. Pool area is nice but everything closed at 8pm. Cabana service was a waste and end at 6pm. Check your receipt at check out as I was charged extra however am still waiting to hear from management. Staff at the cafe was rude and wanted to charge 21% for a party of 10 so they were going to split us into two parties of 5 and sat us far from each other then were rude about answering questions. Most of the eateries are closed by 8:30pm or 10pm at the latest. No free play or at the most $5.00. Check in was at 4pm but when we arrived after 4 we were told there was only one room available and no options of floor preference. Check out is at 11am and we were denied a late check out the evening prior. Valet parking free, and bell hop was nice to store luggage for free. Be prepared to walk! Starbucks charges a dollar for a cup of ice water so if you place a pick up order add it on or they will make you wait in a long line.

I made reservations here specifically for the pools and a visit to Hells Kitchen. I didnt know that only the lazy river was for the kids and the other pools were adults only which was upsetting because nowhere on the website did i see it mentioned. My kids had an ok time but really wanted to have their options of the other pools. Had i know i probably would not have made reservations here for our family stay. There was nothing else for them to do throughout the day which is understandable because it is a casino. The pool area gets crowded fast and if there are no open seats its almost impossible to find something for a while.

I enjoyed the lazy river with my grandchildren. The staff was friendly & the service was great! However, everything in the resort is quite pricey: from the price of a soda to the prices of food at the food court. I also think that the rooms are overpriced as there’s really nothing special about the rooms. They’re ordinary rooms. Overall, the family bonding during that weekend (resort) stay was the most important & precious, indeed!

The wait for check in the last two times we have been to Harrahs in Funner Ca has been close to 30 min. They very much cater to the avid gambler, so unless you're a card holder it's a slow process. The individuals at the check in are always very nice and helpful as well as the valet. It took us an hour to get out meal at Hells Kitchen and close to another half hour wait for security to appear and then look for a lost item. The pool looks fun however we didn't have time to use it unfortunately. If you're looking for a loud smoky casino with a lot of lines. . .you're in the right place.
