Service and Staff were terrific. Pool was closed during our stay. That was disappointing They did shuttle to another property. Hot water did not work for our evening showers. Not sure why?! Great location for our stay. Price was high for what you got!

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Only complaint would be that the patio was shut down too early. Understand the pool being shut down, but weather was still nice enough to sit outside. When we went out to the patio, all the fire patio tables had been taped up to not use. Would have been nice to still utilize those.

Upon arriving at 2:30 am after long 2 days of packing for a big move, we were greeted by night reception scalding us for “not calling in advance” being that we were arriving so late and that it “may have required reservation be re-entered into the system”. I’m sorry…who is customer here?! Then I was told that there are “no late checkout”

We got a room on 2nd floor and throughout the stay, there was a strong mildew-like smell in the hallway. My friend and I had to hold our breath when leaving the room and back to the room. We even told the front desk and the smell never went away. Other than that, our stay was great!
