Noisy. I had read reviews that the hotel was nosey due to close proximity to highway. We had a room on the opposite side of highway but it was still loud as could hear through walls. Even though seemed individuals in the hall and other rooms were talking at a normal level, could hear so much. Also bed was uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly and hotel was new and clean.

The room was clean and we liked the way the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensed in the bathroom. It was, hands down, the noisiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The noise from the roadway outside didn’t dampen in the room. It was almost like cardboard was used for insulation. There was also a lot of ambient noise from other rooms, most likely due to the hard flooring. We will return to Allen but not to this hotel.
