We sat in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Then the room was dirty, and we found multiple hairs in the bed and bathroom. At one point, an employee conducted a room check to see who was in every room, which was weird. We checked online and picked noon. Then we got a call at 11:30 telling us we were about to be charged for late checkout. It was just unorganized and not the best stay.

2nd stay within a two week period. Both for 4 nights. Last visit was fine. Even left a great review! This time…ROACHES!!! Crawling on wall and cabinet area where Keurig is. Went to shower and there was a dead one in shower. Not sure I’ll stay again! Staff is good! Comfortable bed!
