We were woken up at 2 am by a couple arguing first inside the hotel, then right outside the door. Employees should have done something about it, like call a police.

Not to glaze, but the customer service was amazing and the location is premium! Locked myself out of the elevators a couple of times walking out of the room without my key.

GREAT GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I was in town for a class that was extended so I needed a room last minute, not only did they have a room but was very accommodating for a last minute room reservation. The lady at the counter was very sweeet and complimented me on my nails ;). She also recommended the sports bar next to the hotel as a nice relaxing place to eat. As I walked in the place was very clean and smelt wonderful. When I walked in my room the carpet felt like new, the room smelt CLEAN CLEAN, the bed was soft and comfortable, and last I thought the bathroom was the best. Sometimes I like to soak in the tub then shower off the day, and low and behold they had both a soaker tub and a standing shower. LOVED IT!!!! I recommended the hotel to be on our class website as hotels in the area. Everything you need is in walking distance from the hotel.

Figure out that hot water issue

We stayed three nights. We were notified that the hot water would be out for a few hours from about 9 am until mid afternoon for something like routine maintenance. When we returned that night it was still out. We were told it would return around midnight or 1 am. That next morning it was still out. We had to leave quickly for the airport. I appreciate they initially notified us that it would be out and I understand that things happen. But no hot water for about 24 hours is a bit much.
