Everything about this hotel is great. Location, staff, comfort, amenities are all great. However, on this most recent visit, I believe another guest deliberately punctured my vehicle tire and caused a flat tire on my brand new vehicle.

Hot tub was hot but no jets. Front desk staff were friendly but on their phones all the time. Breakfast was just ok, gravy was cold and only 2 cereals. The hospitality director Ellie was the only 1 inviting and personable. Room was ok but tub didn't drain and took some time to get hit water.

Room was clean, quiet and beds were.so comfortable. Front staff was amazing. Area was convient to everything we needed to go and quiet. Toilet did not work upon arrival however when we notified the front desk, they had it fixed immediately.
