Elevator was broken, the breakfast was not breakfast it was pretty much just sugar. Everything was old. My bathroom had mold, the hair dryer was broken, there was a 5G tower literally by the pool and that gave my son headaches. It said no smoking but my floor smelt like weed.

We travelled for an overnight visit. The hotels is nice and pretty up to date. The front staff was so friendly and accommodating. The area is close to the Tulare outlets so we enjoyed some shopping! Overall 10/10

Staff was friendly and helpful. 1. Tv didn’t work in the first room 2. Room had a weird smell 3. They didn’t make the bed (it would be nice to know so I could ask for extra towels) 4. The elevator was not working the next day I guess it broke down 5. Someone knocked on our door the first night but no one was out there was kinda scary and 6. When I was leaving someone wanted to go get inside from the side door but you need a code. The guy was carrying a crack pipe. So, so overall I couldn’t sleep because I had my daughter and my mom with me. I didn’t feel so safe or comfortable.
