This charming townhome in Fraser is perfect for pet owners and provides a serene rental experience while being close to a variety of outdoor activities year-round. Located at the Cabins of Porcupine Ridge, this spacious 3-bedroom unit can host up to 8 guests, featuring breathtaking views and an open floor plan.
On the main level, you'll discover a seamless layout that merges the living, kitchen, and dining areas, making it an ideal setting for gatherings and meals. The exposed wood beams and ceilings enhance the home's character. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with plenty of countertop space, perfect for whipping up tasty dishes. You can cozy up by the wood fireplace for a genuine mountain retreat vibe. The large private deck, which you can access from the main living area, is a wonderful place to take in the views and unwind with light snacks, morning coffee, or evening drinks. A convenient powder room is also located on this level.
Upstairs, the three bedrooms include a primary bedroom with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom that features a dual vanity, tiled shower, and a spacious soaking tub. Overall the property was very nice and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone so we loved that. Very clean.. 5 stars!What could have made it better:- master bed was fine, but guests in the two other bedrooms complained that the bed mattresses were not comfortable. Felt a spring coming through in one mattress for example. Mattress toppers would help dramatically or just update the mattresses in those other rooms.- Lastly, the kitchen was great, but could use some basics like salt & pepper, generic cooking oil, few basic spices. Not allot, but something instead of nothing.- If you want to be rock star.. include an outdoor gas grill. We would have loved that!Thanks again. With a few tweaks we hope to be back!

Lovely Mountain Home

This is a lovely home with plenty of space for our family of 7 adults and 2 babies. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and family room area with fireplace and deck. The kitchen is well appointed, and the cupboard wasn't full of half-used spices and condiments. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms sparkling clean.

Convenient location in a Lovely Home

We had a nice stay in this comfortable home. Was well stocked with kitchen utensils. Comfortable and clean throughout. Wonderful back porch area facing trees- great for reading & morning coffee. Only negative a bit hot upstairs in the Summer.
