Awesome opportunities

LOTS of things to do here! We went river rafting and horseback riding, but there were many other things to do. Supermarket was close to do your own cooking. Weather was PERFECT.

Pretty and Comfortable Condo Near Winter Park

I highly recommend Tommy and Laura's condo. My husband and I stayed with our three children over New Years. The place was very clean and everything we needed was available. It really felt like home. There are three levels to the condo and plenty of room. The top floor where my son slept (with queen bed and futon) was so lovely. We found the king size bed mattress very comfortable. There's a nice view of the mountains from the living room. There is a free shuttle available to Winter Park a short walk from the condo. Since we drove our car from Texas we ended up driving to the free parking lot (Lot G - where there is a shuttle to the Gondola) and that worked out really well. One suggestion would be to provide more storage for clothes in the bedroom closets, such as dressers for smaller items. But truly everything was great! We will be happy to stay here next time we visit.

Great family vacation

We are a family of five with 3 adult children. It was wonderful for all of us to have our own space, and especially 3 bathrooms! The upstairs was perfect for my 22 year old twins. The owner Tommy was quick to respond when we wanted to come a day earlier. We will definitely stay here when in Frazier/Winter Park again.

Pleasant stay

All the comforts of home were provided, and the communication was spot on. This rental was better provisioned than most other Colorado condos I have stayed in. It felt a lot more like visiting our own lake house, where it’s set up more like a home than a run of the mill investment rental. Thanks to our host for sharing their home away from home with us!

A nice, comfortable place to stay

My family has stayed at this property for several years and always enjoyed it. It was recently sold and the new owners were great to work with and most helpful in accommodating our reservation. The layout is good and the ambiance nice for relaxing with family. It is convenient to town, the ski mountain, and for exploring all over this beautiful area. The new owners have also been making improvements, including new, comfortable bedding, linens, and other amenities. Good entertainment options and wifi were much appreciated. Thanks to these great hosts.
