The staff was misleading and a bit short on assisting with how parking and unloading worked. I asked for information and didn’t get much support, found out on my own. The rooms were decent, the hallways smelled musty, but I will not be staying here again.

Bus from airport to hotel. Walk to nice grocery store in 5 minutes. Walk to train station. Nice restaurants close. Clean , quite comfortable room with kitchen. Only issue was I took two rolls of toilet paper from a housekeepers cleaning cart because our room was out. A male house keeper came over and reprimanded me in German for several minutes. Totally uncalled for. What a jerk. Other than him the staff was nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. Excellent room for traveling with 3 adults, nice bathroom, excellent location (very close to the Christmas market, food, etc.). Only issue was the lift wasn't working so had to carry bags up 4 flights of stairs. And for mobility challenged people the stairs into the hotel, might not work out well either.

Convenient and very clean hotel near Terminal 2 of Frankfurt airport. There's a dedicated Staycity shuttle bus from Terminal 2 (free from the terminal stop to Staycity, paid from Staycity to the terminal). Room has an equipped kitchenette which is good for longer stays. The office park area of the hotel has several restaurants and a decent Rewe supermarket.

We came from little town of SC and we don’t have this fancy hotel around. Just to improve your service it would be nice just give us an instructions how to use the key. Apparently this key has to do a lot like using the elevator and turning on the lights when you come in, in the dark room. Thank you.
