The nice part of Frankfurt is small and very walkable...the Sofitel is perfectly positioned and the hotel is new and modern and the staff is fantastic...Not sure if I'll ever go back to Frankfurt...but if I do...I will be staying there again

He spent time mapping it out for me and sharing tips/background on the sites. The staff, in general, was really superb. Friendly, professional and helpful. I would recommend it and would return again.

Disappointed

Mattress in dire need of replacement. There was a big dip in the middle making it uncomfortable. Shower power and heat connect to the toilet system so it would drop in pressure and heat if someone flushed the toilet. Not what you would expect for a 5 star hotel
