We experienced a dreadful situation as the radiators in the hotel kept turning on and off throughout the night. On cold nights, we and our children felt cold. Our four nights were ruined, and I don't understand the logic behind shutting down the radiators, especially considering they are already small. Despite informing the reception about our discomfort, this is the first time I've encountered such a situation in a hotel

Leonardo Royal is a centrally located hotel in a beautiful locality. It has the potential to be a great hotel, but it is not well-maintained. The wash basin in my room was clogged, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. The hotel has a lot of potential. It is located in a great location, and it has all the necessary amenities. However, the hotel needs to be better maintained. The rooms and common areas should be cleaned more thoroughly, and the staff should be more attentive to the needs of the guests. Despite the cleanliness issues, we had a pleasant stay, the bed was comfortable.
