The hallway smells like cigarette smoke and my initial room also smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. The reception has me another room which didn’t smell like cigarette. The room appears a bit outdated especially since they gave me an actual key. There’s no lights next to bed so I hab to move desk lamp next to bed. SCAMMERS! upon arrival we’re told they’ve got some pluming problems and can’t give us the room. We’re offered a room at another hotel near the train station which is a very bad area and opposite to where we wanted to stay. When we said we did not want to change hotels and would like a refund we were told they cannot do it until Monday due to the manager not being there and there was nothing else they could do to help. Not only did they fail to provide a service, but also wanted to send us to a cheaper hotel without even offering to charge us less. Contacted the website where we made booking and told us they would take care of things yet up until today we did not get our money back and they will not provide a refund as the hotel rejects to do it. We have called the hotel several times and still did not get a positive answer.
