Morning Shuttle service was excellent, they run 24/7 which is a plus for early flights. Friendly staff. Rooms were great. Will highly recommend. Although we did not get the shuttle from airport to hotel (our mistake) city bus was very convenient n a block away.

They didn’t care that I was in crutches and had a broken foot. My room was one of the furthest away from the entrance and they didn’t seem to care. One front desk staff was kind and allowed me the use of an adapter, but the rest acted like I was a burden. I’ve stayed at their property at Berlin airport and was hoping it would be the same amazing experience. Düsseldorf fell short.

Was pleasantly surprised about the shuttle service every 20 minutes to and from the airport. We had taken a train from the main rail station and were wondering about how to get to the hotel. Very slick and included in the hotel price. Was a great hotel but showing some minor use wear and tear in the room.

Our room was very large, like an apartment with 2 bathrooms which we loved! There were a lot of non working items. 1 of 2 TVs didn't work. A few burned out lightbulbs. The airport shuttle is amazingly convenient and they were perfectly on time
