I lost my wallet in the taxi from the airport to the hotel period the lady working the desk went above and beyond to help me get it back within a couple of hours! This hotel has earned all my business in the future when I have to overnight in Frankfurt.

It’s Convenient to the airport and room was clean. The breakfast was good as I like British strong black tea, which was available. All I eat is muesli, which they had as well.

We had a late check in. The room not prepared for a third bed, The couch was converted into a sleeper and thanks to the only staff person available, he did the bedding setup himself. At around 1am we came to rest, only to get up again at 5am to reach an early flight back home…. Much room for improvement!! Otherwise it’s a nice

Nice room in the executive tower, clean and a very comfortable bed . Bar meal just ok 32 euro for a burger which was nice but the fries you could break your teeth on obviously reheated. Complained to the bar staff who gave me my drink free of charge.Good shuttle service to the airport and friendly staff . If you get a deal on this hotel it’s worth it . But more than 100 euros a night is probably not worth it . Although breakfast was really good . Staff were also nice . Just let down by a mediocre bar meal !
