For an airport hotel to have no food service or room service after 11pm at night is poor. Many travellers arrive after delayed flights to a hotel only to find this lack of service. Disappointed to have to go to sleep on an empty stomach. Otherwise hotel is nice.

The staff's lack of friendliness greatly affected my entire stay. On the second day, I relied on the shuttle service to get me to the airport, only to be informed by the staff that there were no available transports due to strict regulations. Despite confirming the shuttle hours the night before, no one mentioned these strict rules. Definitely disappointed!
