The cottage is beautifully set out and well-appointed. Everything is high quality - from bedding and towels to kitchen equipment. The view is magnificent - I was lucky to have clear days for my stay so the mountain peaks filled the view from living room and bedroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the area is peaceful with rural surrounds. The manager was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I hope I shall stay again in the future: this was the perfect rest-stop and retreat after four weeks of touring the South Island.
