Everything about this stay was perfect. Clean, spacious room, lovely views, friendly welcome from Matthew who gave us excellent advice on sightseeing. The two resident dogs, Beamish and Tarn, also made us most welcome. Thoroughly recommend.

Our stay at Mount Cook View was absolutely wonderful. The view was incredibly beautiful, with stunning scenery that made every moment feel special. Being so close to Lake Matheson and the Fox Glacier Viewpoint was a huge bonus and made exploring the area very easy. The place itself was very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our experience even better. It felt peaceful, comfortable, and perfectly located. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fox Glacier.

We stayed in the standard 1 bedroom apartment and it's super spacious, there're one double and one single in the bedroom, and another double and single in the living area so can accommodate 6 people. All beds with electric blankets and there's a heater as well. All the facilities in the room is top notch. I especially like their design of all the power points and light switches at the right spots! On top of all there are two lovely dogs that come and greet us as soon as we drove in and come outside the window of our room every now and then. The location might be a bit far from town centre but most people come here with a car so no a big deal.

The accommodation is spotlessly clean with a kitchen and the most amazing eco friendly toiletries. The bed was comfy and it’s in a lovely quiet area. I loved my stay here and I loved Fox Glacier. This was such a great motel slightly off the main town center of Fox Glacier but along the way to the popular Lake Matheson! The only downside I would list is that there was only one small panel heater in the room which was not sufficient to heat up the entire room. However, the beds had electric blankets and the bathroom had a heater so it was not a major issue.
