Th room was great and the property seeemed good. I arrived at the property and the tv was not operational when i arrived. When i notified the staff they didn't offer another option,like another room. I felt like we weren't treated like good customers just because I booked through Hotel.com.

The electricity was out. The check-in process was long & exhausting that we just left to get dinner. While gone at the dinner the manager calls and demands we come to the hotel to get our room keys. Upon arrival, they tell us we got moved rooms. They changed it to an accessible room, which was NOT what I booked. They also moved us up to the 4th floor WITH NO ELEVATORS, because they still weren’t working. We had to carry all our baggage up 4 flights of stairs. Then we got to our accessible room, it was hot & stuffy. The sink drain had the worst smell & was making the entire room smell. I could’ve left & gone to a new hotel but that was too much work with a toddler in tow.
