It was quiet clean and the staff was very courteous. I needed a staycation and I was able to unwind read my bible and enjoy praise on my bluetooth. Handicap room, easy for me to set up seat in tub. For my first time at a Hikton property I was truly impressed with this location. Also to price was pretty awesome as well!!

The front seat is very unprofessional. The manager was nowhere to be found. They messed up my mother in laws, aunts and my reservation. It was the worst experience. Don’t stay here

Staff was helpful and courteous and everything was very clean. We checked in around 930, went down to the lobby and asked for an extra pillow and blanket so my son could sleep on the couch. Was told it would be brought up to us. It took about an hour to get a pillow and a fitted sheet that he had to use as a blanket. It worked, just seemed silly.
