A member of my staff checked in and upon getting to his assigned room, identified the following: Common areas smelled of marijuana and cigarettes, black mold in the bathroom, and a "fluid" stain on the bedding. He promptly vacated the property and stayed elsewhere.

Clean room, clean bed. They clean the room daily. Towels are clean. Bare minimum room, but it's clean and the price was great. Parking lot is small, but i never had trouble parking. Front desk was helpful as well.
